Family Visit in Virginia

A few weeks ago, Grandma and Grandpa, and Uncle Jono and Aunt Kate (and Bailey) came to visit! We gave them the VA outdoors experience with a hike up Humpback rock on friday night and a hike out to St. Mary’s Falls on saturday morning! I was a lot of fun, even though I underestimated how long the St. Mary’s Falls hike was!?

Last week, I went through our camera and realized I had quite a few unposted videos still on my memory card! It took me a while to sift through and edit them but here they are! Some are from 6 months ago so its fun to see how much Aiden has grown since then! I’ve listed the most recent ones first…enjoy!

Christmas was great! We traveled up to Maryland to see Grandma and Grandpa Mercurio and the rest of the family for a whole week! This year was particularly exciting with Aiden because it was the first year he was able to understand the gift giving! We were so excited to give him a Thomas train set (Yard Sale Special!). We decided to let him open that first so he could set things up on the floor before it became covered with wrapping paper. Needless to say, all the other gifts after that were quickly tossed aside to return to Thomas and friends! Its been fun to see his little brain work as he puts the track together and runs the trains along the track. He also makes a very cute “Choo-Choo” noise! We’ve got a video of him opening things up but I figured I’d get all the pictures up first. Click on any of them to see the rest of the album…there are too many pictures to post on this page…

Weekend with the Slaws (Goshen Pass!)

A few weeks back we had the Slaws come down from DE for a weekend visit. Definitely enjoyed our time together! We covered our bases…disc golf, ice cream, Goshen Pass picnic and swimming, movies, duck pond, and train ride in the park! Enjoy the pics and the quick video. Aiden absolutely loved the water! He’s a little water bug!

Couldn’t pass up on the chance to take a quick artsy shot of the Pass!
